Every order is made my hand and salfely packed from Australia to you!
Because all my pieces are handmade, please allow a little extra time for your order to be prepared before it begins its journey to you.
FAQ
When will my order be shipped? ▼
Ready to ship orders are typically packed within 3-5 business days, depending on the volume of orders it may take less time!
Custom orders take a little longer because each piece is designed and sculpted when you place your order and can take 2-3 weeks from initial design stage to completion before being shipped.
If you need a custom before a particular date, please contact me before making a purchase so I can allocate time to fast-track your order.
Do you ship international? ▼
At the moment, JellyMoo is Australian-based only for now while we work on finding the best and most affordable shipping options.
How can I track my order? ▼
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking information.
Tracking updates can sometimes take a little while to appear after your parcel has been collected, so don't worry if you don't see movement immediately.
If you have any tracking issues, feel free to get in touch and I'll do my best to help
What if my items arrive damaged? ▼
Oh no! šš
While I carefully package every order to protect it during its journey, accidents can happen.
If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged item and contact me as soon as possible.
I'll work with you to figure out the best way to resolve the issue.
Refund & Returns Policy ▼
Unfortunately, I cannot offer change-of-mind returns, exchanges or refunds.
Custom pieces are made specifically for you, so custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once work has begun.
I can offer a partial refund once the sculpting process has started to cover material costs.
Iām a small handmade business, and while I can't offer change-of-mind refunds, I always want to make sure genuine issues are handled fairly and thoughtfully.
What materials are used? ▼
I use polymer clay for all of my pieces coated with a UV resin for shine and durability.
My worry stone glaze is Monte Marte varnish gloss, I found this to be better texture wise and does not clump.
