How it started
Kookie the marshmallow sheep started with a simple pearl-white base design.
With every new piece I created, Kookie grew alongside my skills, evolving from a simple desk companion into a collection of imaginative characters with their own personalities.
The idea behind Kookie is that she loves cosplaying more than anything and never misses an opportunity to dress up, whether she’s exploring the ocean as a mermaid, soaring through the skies as a dragon, or celebrating the seasons in festive outfits throughout the year.
The inspiration
Creating custom pieces for my customers has been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey as an artist. Every request encourages me to think differently, experiment with new techniques, and challenge myself to bring someone’s unique vision to life.
Each new design represents another lesson learned and another step in my artistic growth.
She reminds me that creativity doesn’t have to stay the same. It can evolve, surprise us, and become something even more magical over time.
Sculpted with scrap clay
Every Marshmallow Sheep is sculpted with care from polymer clay around a strong internal foil core, making her lightweight while providing a sturdy foundation.
Whenever I finish a project, I save the leftover polymer clay instead of throwing it away. Polymer clay doesn’t naturally break down in landfill, so rather than letting perfectly usable material go to waste, I give it a second life with each sheep I make.
It’s my small way of reducing waste while creating something meaningful, proving that even forgotten scraps can become part of something beautiful.
